They would find it so much easier and quicker if they put the main dipper arm pin in first, then you put the crowd linkage pin in because it's easier to line up the holes using the hydraulics or raise the bucket of the ground to help move it about, well that's the way i've always done it but then i'm no expert i've only been operating slews for just over 40 years....
So how many people does it take to change a "light bulb" or in this case a bucket..... Lol
