10 Extreme Heavy Equipment Machinery Fails Operator - Bulldozer, Crane Excavator Fail Working Skills 

 Why are these all called Fails Sure, some are, but overall, I’m amazed at the skills the operators of these heavy machinery have… and who cannot help but be impressed by the skills and efficiency of the women at work doing their jobs Kudos to them!  I have rolled a open bowl belly scraper, these are not really fails, just things that can happen no matter how careful you are.  At 2 minutes and 50 seconds that is a result of cheap foreign Steel I have never seen that in my whole life that is absolute failure on the engineer and the steel manufacturer.
