345CL Excavator Pulls Out 2 Deere Dozers From a Canal Stuck?

345CL Excavator Pulls Out 2 Deere Dozers From a Canal Stuck  Big cudos to the operator.  Those are skills that too few have taken the time to learn.  Sometimes it is the gentle touch that gets it done.  Good teamwork, and props to the guy in the trackhoe - I was gritting my teeth, waiting for him to get out of sync and trash the blade hydraulics, but he kept it together. I assume the finish grading ended up waiting for the local dry season  Agreed, a very dangerous rescue from a situation that shouldn't have occurred in the first place, too steep grading, soft soil, but no matter, employees are expendable.  That was cool,I remember many a year ago we had our high track d-8 sink in a sinkhole. We had 2 scrapers a blade and a loader all chained trying to pull it out.I was on a water truck and of course i was next to be added to the chain.I think we did get it out,but what a crazy scene it was.  I think this is why Caterpillar’s dozers have an elevated drive sprocket— well both Deere and CAT have their strong and weak sides; Caterpillar in construction and Deere in agriculture
