In our borewell....shortly back...the plumber lifted out the tubes to clean the foot-valve at the bottom. I was shocked to see live huge black lizards n small frogs sticking to the pipe and the water level is at just 10 feet or so. If these things fall into the water what horrible contamination...even having them there is so awful. How do we seal the top of the borewell. Even though that cap has been put...there are some small gaps where the suction pipes enter into the bore....these reptiles must be going in thru that....does anyone know what material to use and seal those holes. Mseal and white cement etc are possibilities but that might also flake and crack and fall into the water due to the direct sun. Can we use silicone gel same as used in fish tanks.
