Construction Stair - How to Install Bricks on The Sloping Surface Create Step Stairs With Bricks
Some good men has alTalent on how to build sidewalks in special steps it’s amazing how they do it. I think about a lot of things but I have never thought about how this is done, how interesting. I have an obsession with how things are built. It's the same way you'd build stairs out of wood ...the stringer has risers and steps ..the stringer in this case would be the concrete slope .not rocket science but still takes skill . Unfortunately the height of each step would not be acceptable for UK building regulations as the limits are 150mm here in the UK so from what I can see is from the video is a brick on edge = 100mm + a brick soldier bond = 65mm + mortar bed =15mm so in total you have 180mm which is too dangerous as a riser. As a bricklayer for 36 years, that is some seriously untidy and sloppy work. There is mortar everywhere and it is fundamentally structurally unsound. Shame this looks like a Chinese building and the stairs will collapse under the weight of the brick.. that’s not even 4 “ inches pf concrete holding them up .. I would trust 2x4 s more .. which is no where’s near code
