A fully submerged CAT 329 is being pulled out of water by CAT 336...

 All of the electrical system is  got to be destroyed   the engine may have to be pull apart  all of the hydraulic  would have to be  flush out .  Wrong dewatering pumps use p t o  driven tractor pumps 5 to 10,000  gallons per minute.  I would drain the oil from stuck excavador put fresh oil and hope it will start .
