In the first video, with the truck being front end light with a load on. I feel from experience that if they made a front end piece to swing the loaders arm and set the grapple in a mount, it would transfer weight to the front end, helping to balance it out. That loading boom is facing backwards and increasing the load at the back making it tilt
Just make a locking device on the passrnger side front and rotate that boom towards the front when the truck is loaded to even the load distribution and therefore no tilting.  One would think that at this point these people would have learned how to make a proper road, with a crown and drainage ditches. It would be cost less than the manpower and fuel wasted pulling these rigs through the mud. The roads in this video are basically stream beds that collect and hold the rain.  You guys do realize, don’t you, that once those "road" tires get clogged with mud, they are nothing more than bearings spinning in the mud.   Get cleats on your tires!  Unless, of course, you do this only for the U-Tube audience.  Yeah, that’s the case.
