Yes Great video.  Keep them coming . There is something really wrong when the first clue that you are either overloaded or improperly loaded, is the fact that you front wheels have left the road surface.   That green truck at about 8 mins in, what he did there was shift the steering from one side to the other while applying throttle, in theory that should engage power to both wheels at the same time for a short amount of time allowing for more traction, i used to do it all the time while off roading, it works in a pinch when you don't have front axle differential lock.  5:44 is when you need awd but your company says on road use only.  Most of these trucks are too light and under powered for the job and get beat up quite a lot. Stopping half way up the road and try- ing to get started is real bad for the drive line.
