Ingenious Construction Workers That Are At Another Level
I'm a union bricklayer out of Western Pennsylvania. BAC LOCAL 9. In the 22years of residential and commercial work, I'd venture to say I've done just about any type of masonry that can be done. One summer when work was getting slow the contractor I worked for started taking on odd jobs just to keep guys working. Fine with me. Something new and still getting paid union rate (almost $30/hr) I played in sand and laid pavers around a country club and their swimming pool. Once it was done and summer was wrapping up the owner of Squaw Creek-Avalon Golf and Country Club gave us passes to play as much golf and use the pool and gym and anything else we wanted. I took my wife, daughter, and new born son there to go swimming one Sunday and he insisted he buy us all dinner and treated us like we owned the place and not him! Thought of that after watching the first part of this video with him laying all those pavers! Brought back some memories!
