Amazing jobs to have. Much Respect. I'm an equipment operator, trac hoes ,backhoe, dozer and other machines. So he was in equipment heaven. LOL.
8:45 You must be mistaken. I refuse to believe any farmer anywhere on this planet would intentionally remove crop residue. I believe they were adjusting the field grade to promote water flow and drainage. It has two maybe three receivers on it making it easier, more accurate, and faster to achieve the desired grade. That technology has been around for over a decade.
All truly incredible ... note how the giant concrete cutting wheel takes a while to cut concrete, which tells you that concrete is quite an incredible product ... so durable and long lasting...it's said that concrete (or cement) takes a century or more to really harden... hardness tests have been done on that...
I love the AREGGER AG at 2:01 and 2:34, it looks like the head and claws of a Tyrannosaur.
The box blade at the end isn’t for removing trash from fields, it’s for land leveling and filling ditches or smoothing ruts.
7:10 oddly satisfying to see. Impressive but what prevents it from collapsing
4:56 I'm surprised that the rock cutting saw doesn't have some sort of water feed for the blade. It would help with lubrication, and keep the blade from getting hot.
3:02 Yeah. It's what's called a disc harrow. Originally created in the 1880's. Nice for breaking up regularly tilled land. This is obviously a manufacturer's video, as no farmer would be tilling a field this way.
8:50 Decomposing trash Where You don't scrape topsoil off of a field to clean it! What on God's Earth is this clown talking about! This is a leveling blade. We used one on the farm for years to fill in low spots. Look in the background at 9:00. What's happening here is that they're expanding a freaking sod farm, where they need to super-level the soil so that the sod product is a consistent thickness.
