Terex RH170 Face Shovel Excavator Loading Dumpers

Amazing excavators at work, trucks, loaders, bulldozers in action, transportations, cat - caterpillar, Komatsu, Liebherr, Volvo, working and digging in mud and mines for coal.

Awesome machine and very nice video!  Where have you been hiding this beauty Three passes (22 cubic metres each) to fill the dump truck. And now I understand why the Cat shovel we saw last week had a Bucyrus software panel.
1998-Terex buys O&K (which explains the distinctive design of this excavator). 2009-Terex sells mining div’n to Bucyrus. 2010-Cat buys Bucyrus. So it’s only natural that Cat would keep the best of its investments.
All we need to do now is figure out the model of Terex trucks. It’s too much of a coincidence that the Terex trucks are working with the Terex excavator   I worked in a rock quarry for 12 years running loaders and was always told to fill the bucket full. And by full I mean until the material falls I over the back of the bucket. Same goes with a shovel or an excavator!!  Any techs know if this machine is a hydrostatic closed loop drive system or hydraulic powered Also what is moving the auxiliary for the bucket I don’t see any hydraulic lines.
