I've never seen a dozer with the blade draft ( draught) arms inside the tracks. Is that the latest way they are made A Maori bloke I once worked with told me that when he was taught how to move a dozer up a steep incline, he was told that if it becomes too steep to climb, drop the ripper into the heap and raise the dozer a little and then let the spinning tracks move material to the back of the tracks, creating a series of small steps. He showed me one day and it worked like a dream.
