Amazing Installation and Operation Process Of Giant Crane Crawler - Top 4 Biggest Crane Crawler.

 Thinking about what it would physically take to make that hook makes me wonder how much money that thing could possibly cost.  I've been working on all sorts of machinery for over 50 years...I'm always impressed that most of these big cranes turn/rotate on just 1 very large and strong roller bearing...!!  Newer cranes,more lifting capacity,more compact(smaller footprint)electric power,less installation,less manpower in set-up,fewer trucks to transport pieces,are now standard equipment,in refineries,ports,stadiums,etc.  Very interesting when another crane is used as a counterweight!  How long is the cable on those drums with those blocks  I miss working on crane, the last crane I work on was a  718 link belt
