The people who create the digital graphic representations of how each machine works, deserve an award. They have to listen to the designer’s explanation and transfer that into something we can visualise.  I worked on a tunneling crew for several years. One of the most interesting jobs I've had so far.  The genius behind these complex machines is infinitely impressive.  I’m thoroughly impressed with the boring machine, the bridge builder and the large hadron collider!! I have hope for the wave-energy concept, but I’m curious as to what happens when a strong storm rolls in or even a hurricane. Obviously it’s a little windy in the video but I’m curious where the metal sound is coming from Is there a possibility for metal fatigue to occur quicker since it’s on the shore of what I presume to be ocean/saltwater. Even with my concerns, I love that people are actively looking for other ways to produce/harness energy!!  That's cool that they've made a energy generator for the ocean too. I've always thought it was just the windmills. It's good to know we are expanding our ideas for renewable energy for the future.  The most incredible part about tunnel drilling machines is that they pretty often get discarded and parked in a nearby tunnel run after completetion of the work... because it's more expensive to dismantle it and remove it than to just leave it in the mountain! :O That's what they're doing in the Follobanen project here in Norway right now! Just reversing it, burrowing into a side track somethere when it's done and parked for good! Seems like such a waste of materials, but what do I know ;)
