It used to be a gas station, but a different company removed the tanks, pumps, and canopy. Removing tanks requires a whole different set of permits and licenses. So, if that's not your specialty, you're better off letting someone else do it. For anyone wondering, the machine in this video is a Caterpillar 323 excavator.
