I think that building the parts on factories is not the best idea...a better way would be to construct the metal skeleton on factories and assemble them on-site, same with the molde, cement would then be pumped in....this would avoid most heavy lifting equipment and difficult transportation... I'm sure everyone did their homework for the proper crane they needed to lift then tilt the load in to position and they had very experienced crane operator but still its got to be white knuckles and puckering up during those lifts. Clearly shown that NiniVe gantry crane , form-work for precast beam and bridge belly and associated equipment technology are use by China in bridge construction are widely used beside other Germany machinery equipment 3:20 minmark Should hve had a 3rd arch & splayed the outer 2 about 5 deg open The <X> design start in miiddle 1 side is better too where it crosses to outside over road but at a min 3 arches. Then when u add a new lane either side it doesn't stress the old bridge design just adds on. The x cross over far stronger but it is easy span nice & short. NOW if u r building w/ the idea of easily expanding the bridge in future from beg design phase u only use single lane fly in beds separated each lane. This way u can add arch & remove single road bed for double later. It gives the design more flex so 1 lane giving way heat or failure is far less bad. The beauty of splayed bridge if u pour the walk prt of bridge is u can make it doubledecker road way latter on quite cheaply build far over sized original design.
