How could you not like to operate one of these machines. The Trashmaster used to be the Rex trashmaster. CMI is owned by TEREX. Someone stated that this is a bad way of getting rid of trash. One of the big garbage hauling companies tried crushing trash into pellets to burn. Also a garbage burning powerplant was in use in N.J. , only problem was the plant could not op- erate with the amt. of trash supplied profitably. On paper a good idea, but the reality was not en- ough fuel to burn. Only machine I would consider is Caterpillar...Best parts and service in the industry...no one else comes even close...When it breaks down it will be running again quicker than the rest will. You mentioned that the trash master 11 is the ONLY full width compactor on the market.... That is false, the TANA is also a full width compactor & if not the best designed considering there is 2 full length drums instead of 1 on the trash master. I guess they all run on , or over waste . Even recyclables . But the company to get an engine to be powered by recycle waste , well that would be a world breakthrough ! Common Clatterpillar they run power plants on pig poo gas so take it the next step.
