Crews work to plow feet of compacted snow to open the roads in Yellowstone National Park.
That is insane, that kind of snow makes me want a snowmobile again . Dont really get that great of snow in MN anymore. This is apparently opening up a road in the spring that has been used as a snowmobile trail all winter and is packed hard. That's how the cats can drive up on top of it. That one CAT Dozer is from the 70's and still earning it's keep everyday. Have you ever had nightmares of trying to run away from one of those machines and you keep falling in the snow, but it keeps coming and you're screaming but they cant hear you and they can't see you and and it keeps coming and you try to get up but you keep falling and it keeps coming, Closer and louder and...AND! then you wake up.
